All you need is a stopwatch and markers that you can place down to mark out different distances. These markers can be anything, from cones to bottles, to socks.
The average session will last around 25 minutes.
After completing the program, if you are achieving the "pro standard" for times, your fitness levels will be higher than the average professional footballer.
